These terms apply to your use of Fbaleaks.com ("Fbaleaks", "we", "us"), operated by Anthony Gasser in Indiana, USA. By using the site or buying access, you agree to them.

1. What Fbaleaks Is

Fbaleaks provides do-it-yourself tools and guides that help Amazon FBA sellers review their own reports, spot possible discrepancies, and draft their own reimbursement claim or rebuttal text. We do not access your Amazon account, file claims for you, or act on your behalf with Amazon.

2. Purchases

• Full access costs $9.99, one time, for the first 50 Founding Members (then $19.99). There is no subscription and no percentage of your recoveries.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Your access link is for your own use. Please don't share or publish it.

3. Money-Back Guarantee

If Fbaleaks isn't useful to you, email thbsml1@gmail.com and we'll refund your payment the same day you ask, to your original payment method (your bank may take a few days to show it). No complicated forms. We may decline refunds for repeated purchase-and-refund patterns.

4. No Guarantee of Results

• Our tools flag possible issues based on the reports you provide. Results can be incomplete or inaccurate, and Amazon may have already resolved an item.
• We don't guarantee that Amazon will approve any claim or pay any amount.
• Estimates (such as the Leak Calculator) are illustrations, not predictions of your actual results.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Review everything before you submit it to Amazon. You are responsible for the accuracy of any claim you file.
• Follow Amazon's policies and claim deadlines. Only file claims you believe are valid.
• Fbaleaks content is general information, not legal, tax, or financial advice.

6. Your Data

Reports you upload are processed in your browser and are never sent to us. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Not Affiliated with Amazon

Fbaleaks is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, authorized, sponsored, or endorsed by Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. "Amazon" and "FBA" are used only to describe what our tools work with.

8. Limitation of Liability

The site and tools are provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, Fbaleaks is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do.
